What are the most discreet options for adult braces?
Adult braces at our practice come in several low-visibility forms. Invisalign clear aligners are nearly invisible and removable. Ceramic braces use tooth-colored brackets that blend with your teeth. Does treatment take longer for adults than teenagers?
Slightly, in some cases. Adult bone is denser, so teeth move a little more gradually than during adolescent growth. Most adult orthodontic treatment at our Landstuhl practice takes 18 to 30 months, though simpler cases finish faster. Your exact timeline is confirmed at the consultation.
Can I have adult orthodontics if I have crowns, implants, or fillings?
In most cases, yes. Crowns and fillings are generally not a barrier. Dental implants cannot be moved, so Dr. Dillon designs the treatment plan around any fixed implants. He reviews all existing dental work at your consultation to plan accordingly.
I had braces as a teen and my teeth have shifted. Can I be treated again?

TRICARE typically covers orthodontic treatment for eligible dependents. Coverage for active-duty adults depends on your plan.
